We invite you to visit or stay in beautiful Old Orchard, which is one of the largest campgrounds in Northeast Michigan. Located within the Huron-Manistee National Forest, along the River Road Scenic Byway, the park which is nearly four miles long, overlooks Foote Pond, which formed after the construction of Foote Dam in 1916, on the AuSable River. The park is open from March thru November each year, with plenty out outdoor recreation opportunities for all three seasons therein.
