 Seasonal Lots Available for 2012 Season (Lot Listing)

This is a list of the Seasonal Lots that were left over from the Lottery held in September 2011; 101, 107, 114, 116, 118, 123, and 143. These lots can be acquired by those who already have a Seasonal site and have paid in full or can be paid for in full, by phone or in person, at the Oscoda Community Center (989-739-2251) by those not currently possessing a Seasonal Site during business hours until March 16th, 2012 or they are gone.

SITES REMAINING AFTER MARCH 16TH, 2012

All unpaid lots will be displayed here beginning March 21st, 2012 and will be available for purchase on March 28th, 2012 at 10:00am and must be paid for in person(or by representative), in full at the Old Orchard Park Office at that time. No Lots will be sold over the phone until March 29th,

2012 and must be paid for in full at that time. At 10:00am on March 28th, in the Old Orchard Park Office, there will be a lottery for any remaining sites. Numbered chips will be handed out to those wishing to have a Seasonal site. Matching numbered chips will be drawn from a bucket by park staff. As the numbers are drawn, the attendees with the matching numbers will have their pick from the remaining lots until all numbers are called or all available sites are sold, whichever happens first. Individuals, or couples representing one lot, shall receive one chip. If you cannot personally attend the drawing, a representative may attend for you and shall receive one chip on your behalf.

TRADES

Seasonal campers currently in possession of a site may trade with each other, as long as both sites have been paid in full. Acknowledgement will be made by phone by both parties interested in trading before changes will take effect.

They may also trade for any lots left over from the drawing September 2011 if any are available, as long as they have paid for their current lot in full and it is the same price. If the left over lot costs more, then the appropriate amount shall also be required. If the lot costs less, then a refund of the unnecessary portion shall be awarded.
